1.2 information we gather automatically


In order to ensure the application works properly and optimize the user experience, we automatically collect the following information during your use of the service:


-1.2.1 device information: includes device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (e.g. , IMEI, UUID) , and device storage space status, which is used to adapt to different device environments and troubleshoot operational problems.


-1.2.2 application usage logs: include your actions (e.g. opening the home page, entering all video pages, switching photo/video modes) , service access time and frequency, only used to analyze service usage to optimize functional experience.


-1.2.3 permissions related information: for access and storage of media content, we will obtain storage permissions for your device; if you use the capture function, camera and microphone permissions will be obtained (only temporarily during shooting, no active background collection) , all permissions must be explicitly authorized by you before you can obtain.


The purpose for which the information is to be used


The information we collect will be used for the following specific purposes only and will not be used for other purposes without your express consent:


- 2.1 provision of core services: Based on the collected media content information and storage rights, full-screen video cover, date and details are displayed on the home page, and all video pages are displayed in order by date, as well as the Library of photos and video switching management and other core functions.


- 2.2 secure your service: Use Device Information and application logs to identify abnormal usage, prevent malicious attacks, and secure your media content and accounts (if you register for an account) .


- 2.3 optimizing the service experience: analyzing the usage frequency of features according to the application usage logs, optimizing the interface layout and improving the operation fluency, for example, adjusting the loading speed of all video pages.


-2.4 respond to user needs: When you contact the email for questions, use your account or contact information to communicate with you and deal with your complaints, suggestions, etc. .


3. How information is stored and for how long


3.1 storage


-3.1.1 local storage: videos, photos and related metadata that you record or import through this app are stored locally on your device by default, and we do not actively upload them to our cloud servers.


-3.1.2 cloud storage (optional) : if you actively enable account synchronization, the associated media and account information will be encrypted and stored on our third-party cloud service provider servers (compliant with international data protection standards) , sSL encryption technology is used in the transmission process.


3.2 storage life


-3.2.1 local storage duration: under your control, you can delete information via the APP DELETE FUNCTION or the device file management function. Any remaining information will be stored on your device at all times.


-3.2.2 cloud storage period: If you register for an account, the information will be stored for the duration of your account; if you log out, we will delete your cloud storage information within 15 working days of the completion of the log-out, unless otherwise required by law or regulation.


4. Information sharing and disclosure


We strictly protect your information security, and will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party. Information is shared only in the following limited circumstances and third parties will be required to comply with this policy and related confidentiality obligations:


-4.1 third-party service providers: to provide cloud storage, data backup and other services, we will share necessary information (e.g. media files, device identification) with third-party service providers that comply with international data protection standards, but only for service purposes, third parties have no right to use the information for other purposes.


-4.2 legal requirements disclosure: Upon receipt of a court summons, arbitral award or other legitimate procedural requirement, or we may disclose necessary information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to protect our lawful rights and interests, and to safeguard the safety of our users or the public.


-4.3 your express consent: With Your Express authorization or consent, share information with a third party of your choice, such as when you send a video or photo to someone else through the app's sharing feature.


5. Your information management rights


You have full control over your personal information and can exercise that control in the following ways:


- 5.1 access and view: you can view your videos, photos, dates, and related details at any time from the home page, all video pages, and Library pages of the app.


-5.2 edits and corrections: if you find errors in the video or photo metadata (such as the date it was taken) , you can edit it through the in-app editing function; account information (such as email) can be corrected in"Account settings".


-5.3 delete and deactivate: you can delete single or multiple media items from your home page through the"Delete videos" function in the"More" section. If you register an account, you can request to deactivate your account in the"Account settings" section, the relevant cloud information will be treated in accordance with clause 3.2.2 of this policy after logout.


-5.4 permission management: you can turn on or off storage, camera, microphone and other permissions at any time through the"Application permission settings" feature of the device. Turning off permissions may cause some functions to be disabled, but does not affect the basic browsing function.


6. Information security safeguards


We use both technical and administrative safeguards to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure:


- 6.1 technical support: secure data transmission using SSL encryption technology, encrypting sensitive stored information such as account passwords; regular security checks on applications to fix potential vulnerabilities.


- 6.2 regulatory safeguards: establishing a strict information security management system that limits access to information to insiders and only authorizes access to information to the extent necessary, and conducting regular privacy training.
